The speed at which information spreads has gotten faster with every advancement in our technology. This is a great thing for advancements in science, medicine, and more. However, there is the unfortunate side-effect that misinformation and disinformation spread by bad-actors - or by individuals who are simply misinformed - is spreading farther and faster too. This poses a large risk to our democracy when false narratives are spread to sew confusion and mistrust in our elections. But you can be part of the solution!
