Same program start time: 4:30 pm (and the program will still end at 6pm).
The new venue is about a half-mile walk from Market Square (back in the direction of the bridge, for anyone who parked in Kittery).
The event will run about 90 minutes; audience questions will be asked. There will be time to meet individually with Sen. Gillibrand after the event.
