Support Democracy! Voter Education Training

A key way to support our democracy is to participate in elections and encourage robust participation of our fellow residents.

In the last few years NH has changed voter laws for several categories of people - new registrants, absentee ballot voters, and college students. Additionally, in June towns cleaned up voter rolls to take off people that have moved or not voted frequently.

It is important to GSOP that everyone that would like to vote, can vote! Thus, the local GSOP Chapter will be hosting a training with Olivia Zink from Open Democracy to learn about these law changes and how we can be educating others about them. This is a first step towards local outreach to support others in being able to vote this fall.

Olivia Zink of Open Democracy will be the presenter.
