Hon. Martha Fuller Clark and Dr. Geoffrey Clark cordially invite you to a party and brief program at their home, with special guest Jeffrey Clements to benefit the Coalition for Open Democracy, the New Hampshire organization working for State campaign finance reform.
Jeffrey D. Clements, an attorney and author, is the president and co-founder of Free Speech for People, a national, non-partisan campaign to challenge the creation of Constitutional rights for corporations, overturn Citizens United v. FEC, and strengthen American democracy. He is the author of the book Corporations Are Not People. His book will be available for sale.
Attorney Clements served as Assistant Attorney General in MA 1996 to 2000, and Chief of the Public Protection & Advocacy Bureau in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office from early 2007 to 2009 handled a wide range of other investigations and litigation to address unfair trade practice, environmental and consumer protection and antitrust laws.
