IN KITTERY: Park at York Hospital Office Building, 35 Walker St., Kittery, Maine. Park in the furthest back slots from parking entrance. Walk south on State St. to John Paul Jones Park. If you need a GPS Address, use Warren's Lobster House, 11 Water St, Kittery, ME 03904.
IN PORTSMOUTH: Please park at the Connect Community Church Lot at 200 Chase Dr. in Portsmouth, NH. You need to sign up for a ride by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Volunteer Shuttle Ride to Kittery will run between 1:10 and 1:30 pm. After the event please take the free Portsmouth shuttle back to your car at Hanover St. Bus Stop (alongside the parking garage), it leaves every ten minutes.
Park in downtown Portsmouth NH - pay for 3 hours of parking and walk to the starting location in Kittery. Please note: Memorial Bridge will open at 30-minute intervals on the hour and half-hour.
After the walk, The Democracy Forum, of which Open Democracy Action is one sponsor, the Democracy Forum, takes place at 4:30 at Portsmouth High School. Featured speaker is presidential candidate Kirsten Gillibrand. The forums are being hosted around the state featuring candidates of all parties.
