Have you ever wondered why one of Franklin's wards is in a House District with Northfield? And why Tilton doesn't have its own NH House District?
Open Democracy's Olivia Zink discuss these redistricting mysteries as she speaks on "Redistricting, and Why it Matters to You" on Wednesday, Sept. 15, 7 pm at Franklin Cafe.
