HB1569 is a massive threat to voting rights and elections in New Hampshire that would require demonstrated proof of citizenship in order to register and vote. 

During the April 9th briefing, we’ll hear from Alex Tischenko, Senior Policy Advisor with the Institute for Responsive Government, on HB1569 and the negative effects it will have on election officials and on same-day voter registrants. Then, we will hear from NHCVR partners about what it will take to defeat this bill, and how you can take action.
